Core competence
We spot and rate the patient potential of key institutions in the healthcare sector. We do this using very detailed information and a high analytic competence. We identify relevant data and integrate them efficiently. In order to analyse a large quantity of data, we use data mining methods. The supporting of decision making processes is done using "predictive modelling" based on Bayesscher network theory, while the validation of a model is done with the help of current and detailed market data as well as continuous market research.

Mederi Work-Life-Balance
A familiar atmosphere is important to us. Every employee counts and every employee is appreciated for their service. Our goals are motivation, satisfaction, good health and equal opportunity employment. For this reason, we offer flexible working hours, and encourage our employees by offering parent friendly working hours. The first "Mederi-Babies" are already here! In the future, child friendly working hour will be offered.
To maintain the health of our employees, we offer check-ups, a fitness coach, seminars and ergonomics offices. In addition we are actively involved in sports, like participating in the JPM CCC run in Frankfurt or skiing in the Alpen Mountains.
Our social engagement includes activities such as the youth day. In 2008, we were helping with the remodelling of a playground. All day, we were assisting in building a safe place where children can play.
Three golden rules
First: We know what having fun means. Just when there is stress, we accept it with humour.
Second: We are casual. We do not have a dress code. Generally, we dress casual except for when we meet with customers.
Third: We make the best espresso in Frankfurt. Well, at least our CEO wants us to aim at that.
